According to recently Hanoi Real Estate Market Research by Savills Vietnam, during the IV quarter 2014, apartment prices had slightly increased by 1%. The total supply is approximately 104,300 units, which are from 182 sold out and 65 opening for sale projects. The shift of the luxury segment
Experts believed that the “game” of luxury real estate in 2015 will be different to that in 2007 – 2008. If last time, incompetent investors had invested in high-class projects everywhere, this time only big companies participated and mostly in luxury projects with prime locations. Customers’ demands are getting higher, not only the location, quality of construction or architecture design, but also living environment, especially the privacy, security, and green surroundings.
